For some strange reason, my aunt assigned me to bring salad to our Thanksgiving family dinner tomorrow. If you know me well, that's the last thing you would ask me to bring at a potluck or any sort of gathering.Anyway, I didn't want to resort to the standard Caesar's or garden salad, so I've decided to try make an apple gorgonzola with spiced walnut salad, which is a recipe from Buca di beppo.
